Michael D. Sharp, Esq.
Mike has been called a person who is dogmatic about his belief in justice for personal injury law. He does not apologize for that belief. When he is not fighting the insurance companies, he can be found spending time with his family. You may find him camping outside of Rapid City, catching a movie in Sioux Falls, or hanging out with friends in Aberdeen. Mike loves everything South Dakota has to offer, and he also loves the random trip to Disney World with his family.
Mike's background includes:
- Criminal prosecution and civil litigation of Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse actions
- Participated as a car accident lawyer in multi-million dollar settlements of motor vehicle accidents
- Litigation of wrongful death actions in medical malpractice cases
- Experience as a police officer investigating DUI cases that resulted in injury
Mike earned his juris doctor from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, VA. Mike is proud to be a Christian. He and his staff are happy to pray with any caller about the situation that has led them to need an attorney.
While in law school Mike was a member of the award winning Top Gun Trial Team, and in his third year he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Liberty Legal Journal.
