Mike has been called a person who is dogmatic about his belief in justice for personal injury law. He does not apologize for that belief. When he is not fighting the insurance companies, he can be found spending time with his family. You may find him camping outside of Rapid City, catching a movie in Sioux Falls, or hanging out with friends in Aberdeen. Mike loves everything South Dakota has to offer, and he also loves the random trip to Disney World with his family.
Mike's background includes:
Mike earned his juris doctor from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, VA. Mike is proud to be a Christian. He and his staff are happy to pray with any caller about the situation that has led them to need an attorney.
While in law school Mike was a member of the award winning Top Gun Trial Team, and in his third year he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Liberty Legal Journal.
At The Sharp Firm, Prof. L.L.C. I work hard to make the insurance companies do the right thing. I fight the big companies, so you can focus on healing.
I will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them in your personal injury law case.
Mike was the first ever statewide prosecutor for the Elder Abuse & Financial Exploitation Unit with the South Dakota Office of Attorney General. He also has years of personal injury law experience in obtaining multi-million dollar settlements in vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. He uses that experience to help guide you down a path to the results you deserve.
